JoAnn Frost’s passion for professional hair styling runs in the family. Her family’s participation in the industry dates back generations and has served as a source of inspiration for Frosted Salon and Spa. This tradition lives on through the creativity and skills that she shares with her team and her clients. JoAnn enjoys challenging and unique styles, extensions and color correction and formal wedding hair. She’s always ready to help you bring your vision to life.
Of course, JoAnn’s talent cannot be attributed to genetics alone. She has spent over 35 years fine-tuning her craft in some of the most exclusive salons in the Boston area. Before Frosted Salon & Spa 1 was on the horizon, she had built a devoted following of clients at various Newbury Street establishments and her own salon, “Newbury Street Hair”. Working in the center of Boston’s fashion scene gave JoAnn the vision of what she wanted her salon to be like for her clients, friends, and future clients. A slightly eccentric, welcoming salon with good energy, without the big city bull.
