Infrared Saunas do not need to get as hot as traditional saunas because due to the infrareds’ penetration into your body is at lower temperatures100 to 150 degrees, traditional saunas are 190 -210. The lower temperature allows you to stay inside long enough to receive the benefits and still breath easy. Infrared technology is ideal for several conditions, to name a few:
